My name is Sheila Bair and I specialize in helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs in Manchester, Tullahoma, Hillsboro, and any other areas of Coffee and Franklin Counties.

I am very technology oriented, and I can use my skills for both sellers and buyers.  For sellers, I'll market their properties on every possible site.  As a buyer's agent, I can do exhaustive searches for the home they are looking for.  Either way, every one of my clients get the best and quickest service possible--plus the benefit of my 27 years experience.
